Incorrect Contact Details
Orders submitted with an incorrect phone number or missing email address will be returned to Luxe Avenue. Any associated shipping and return costs will be charged to the customer. Please ensure your contact details are correct before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order, strictly for damaged items. To be eligible, the item must be unused and unworn, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@luxeavenue.co.za. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and arrange collection of the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All products are inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange collection and send a replacement at no additional cost. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used or is not in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Processing & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, please allow up to 10 working days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item, if eligible, and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for damaged items. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
